骨科手術後及骨傷復康
骨折及骨科手術後的復康，是捷康物理治療現有骨傷科服務的一部分。臨床評估、治療規劃及跟進由香港註冊物理治療師提供，按患者的個別情況討論復康需要。
按復康需要安排治療
物理治療師會按評估結果制定治療方案。現有骨傷科服務常用的方式包括手法治療、痛症管理、筋膜放鬆及運動復康，協助管理症狀及支持功能恢復。
逐步改善活動及肌肉力量
術後復康會按患者情況規劃關節活動及肌肉力量訓練。對於有回歸運動需要的人士，復康計劃亦可包括與該運動相關的功能訓練。療程安排及進度因個別需要而異，並無適用於所有人的固定康復時間。
治療反應及所需時間因人而異。
Orthopaedic & Post-operative Rehabilitation at ARC
ARC provides orthopaedic and post-operative rehabilitation in Tsim Sha Tsui, including rehabilitation following fractures and orthopaedic surgery. Hong Kong registered physiotherapists assess individual needs and discuss a tailored plan. Available approaches include manual therapy, pain management, soft tissue techniques and therapeutic exercise. Rehabilitation can address joint movement, muscle strength and, where relevant, tasks needed for returning to sport. The aim is to support functional recovery, with the plan and progression tailored to the individual.
Treatment responses and recovery times vary between individuals.

首次評估時，可向物理治療師說明手術或受傷日期、目前活動上的困難，以及醫療團隊已提供的復康指示，方便討論個人化治療方案。

診金及時間
診金為港幣 $1,200，每節約 45–60 分鐘。其他服務收費可參閱首頁收費表，並於預約時向診所確認。

For your first assessment, describe the date of surgery or injury, current activity difficulties and rehabilitation instructions already provided by your medical team. Contact the clinic before your visit if you have questions about clothing, documents or appointment arrangements. The consultation fee is HK$1,200 for approximately 45–60 minutes. Please confirm any additional service charges when booking.
